Booking FAQs
Is my booking confirmed when I submit the form?
Not yet — you’ll get a booking reference straight away, and we confirm your booking and price by WhatsApp, phone or email shortly after.
How far ahead should I book?
At least 24 hours ahead for private trips. For urgent trips, WhatsApp or call us on 064 938 4007 and we’ll do our best.
How do I pay?
We send payment details with your confirmation. Event shuttle seats are R100 per person for the return trip.
Can you take big groups?
Yes. We match the vehicles to your group size and add more vehicles for larger groups so everyone travels together.
Where do event shuttles pick up?
Choose a pickup point on the form. If you’d like a different spot, add it in the notes and we’ll let you know if it’s possible.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes — just WhatsApp us with your booking reference as early as possible.
